Is this the face of a person who seem facetious?
So last night I was at bible study and Jin asked a question about the hardness of the heart.
Mark 6:51-52
51Then he got into the boat with them and the wind ceased. And they were utterly astounded, 52for they did not understand about the loaves, but their hearts were hardened.
"How do you deal with the hardness of the heart" I answered "look to the cross and pray!"
there was this silence.
Jin asked again.
Walter said "Jung said look to the cross and pray!"
hahahaha! Walter is a funny kid.
Jin said again "what can we do?"
I said "Ask the Holy spirit to help us."
Than the ingrate Fart Boy David Lee said "you sound so Facetious!"
Facetious? Moi?
I thought at that moment, How is my answer facetious? What else can we do? Is simple answers not good enough that we have to complicate things? The last thing that I thought of was may be I sounded facetious....
I've heard it all before starting from obnoxious to sarcastic through cynical to cocky.... But never facetious.... Am I that too?
