Cal State Feverton!

That's right Niggas! You know Da Fevah is ready for Da game.

CSUF #1
BASEBALL!

So it is another beatiful day in paradise.

I am so ready for today. CSUF Titans facing the South Carolina Game Cocks.... Hmmmm. Game Cocks....

I could just imagine it now... The anouncer saying:
"And the Cocks go down to the Titans...."

hahahhaa! Gamecocks!

I got my fullerton hat on! Ready to root for Da Titans!

So GO TITANS!

Oh yeah... this is somewhat related. cause we are talking baseball. since we are talking baseball, I was at the Dodger stadium on Sunday against the Yankees.

It was a packed house. Dodgers won in a dramtic fashion.
we sat on the pavilion seats.

Here is Sophia and Steve who got us the tickets. They are due to get married later this year and avid Dodger fans like me!(look at the Mexican fans in the back... hahahah!) I love sitting in left field. Especially the Mexican fans!

here are their friends who hate the Dodgers and they were sad. The guy to the left was extremely happy when Gagne gave up the Homer to Giambi. He kept on saying, "You will see a blown save tonight!" But it was a sweet moment when Gagne struck out Arod for the win.

Of course I was going nuts again. Gotta learn to handle my emotions....
So here are all the teams in sports that Da Fevah roots for.
Da LA Lakers
Da Miami Dolphins
Da LA Dodgers
Da CSUF Titans
Korean National Soccer Team

CSUF Baseball!

One of few redeeming things about CSUF is their baseball team. A perennial power house in college baseball.

On a good note Cal State Fullerton is in the college world series and they defeated Miami yesterday 6-3.

Sophomore southpaw RICKY ROMERO (from East LA)tossed his fifth complete game of the season to help lead the Titans to a 6-3 win over top-ranked Miami at the College World Series on Monday night.

I've always wanted a CSUF baseball jersey.

Bit it's $110 Bucks.... Yikes...

I think I will settle for a hat.

One day we will be as good in basketball as we are in Baseball!

Wooooooah C

Go Titans!
Kim Sun Il.....

Due to technical difficulties I will post pics form the weekend tomorrow.

Who is Kim Sun Il you ask?

This is him. A south Korean taken Captive as a hostage by the Iraqi rebels.... They are threatening to decapitate this man unless Korean Troops pull out... South Korean Government has promised to send 3,000 more troops.

Kim Sun Il comes from a poor family and went to college to major in English and Arabic. Well he was a success story till this.....

Here he is begging for his life....

Here is the Iraqi rebels threatening to kill him unless....

Here is Korean citizen protesting and asking the Iraqis not to kill Kim. Or a full blown out war! Also condemning Kim Jung Il the North Korean leader...

The silly thing is that Korean soldiers are in Iraq for humanitarian purposes only. To help rebuild. But Iraqi rebels don't see it that way.

Here is the video clip.

I pray for Mr. Kim Sun Il.... Somethings always remind me that this is a terrible world that we live in....

Update....
Kim Sun Il was just beheaded.... There is something seriously wrong in that part of the world.... Something seriously wrong with kidnapping civilians and beheading them... The man was only 33 years old....

His family....
They say that the picture is worth thousand words... Only word that I can think of right now is sadness....

All I can do is pray for his family.....

As I said, Lisa's family were amazing to me. Very gracious.

Couple things that I should mention.

first thing is the way Lisa's mom fed me.... This weekend is the first weekend that I gained... And I gained SIX POUNDS.....

Her mother does not give anything in small portion/quantity. She gave me socks.... Enough socks for maybe rest of my life.

San Francisco is small and hilly. SO it can be good for da diet. Walking around.

"The city" as bay area folks call their city of San Francisco, has many many many cracked out ugly ass people with bad hygiene. Just plain scummy and nasty. They need to hire Rudy Giuliani and clean up "da city".

But "the city" has great food... Bad for da diet.

I am too old to drive to da bay area now. The way up was bearable... But the way down was just God awful....

Lisa and her sister both have their feistyness.... As if they weren't sisters.... But Lisa's sis Cindy and her hubby Joseph were just too good to me.

I need to continue with my diet. Lisa's Father grabbed my gut and told me that I need to lose my gut.... Wa~ Wa~ Wa~ Wa~

Her father is very traditional yet was very progressive in the lecture he gave me about dating his daughter. I'll post about that later. He is a man's man. Oh... he liked me... But he thought I had small eyes.... Hmmmm... Do I have small eyes? COmpared to Lisa's eyes, who doesn't?

Though I was tired on the way back we stopped by the Dodger stadium to watch the beloved Dodgers kick the Yankees ass! It was a dramatic win and after the Gagne save, they played "I love LA" as cheesy as that song is, it brought a smile to my face. After hours of dreadful car ride, I felt like I was home....

Cause you know... Nothings get as good as LA. Southern California. What great place to be.

More details and pics coming your way! But to make the long story short... It was a successful first meeting! Praise God.
