Refocus
Yes. I need to refocus mylife! I started my diet again and I am now at the lowest of weight I've ever been. Yup... I lost 1 more pound than my lowest that I've been... Yes. I am gonna start my madness all over again. Time for da return of my Iron will. I am gonna lose a gang of weight! No more compromise! I realize there are few things in life that you cannot compromise. One of them being your commitment to lose weight. I am done compromising. I am gonna be a lean mean weight losing Machine!

Love = Happiness = Bonheur
so at lunch time today I was talking to Virginie about love. Virginie is my french intern. This is her last week here at AHT. Very sad...
Da Fevah : Love is crazy.
Virginie : Yes... I agree. I sometimes look back at my past relationships and think how stupid I was.
Da Fevah : Love can make you do stpid things...
Virginie : I am glad that Nico is my boyfrined. He wants me to have Boner!

Virginie : You know Boner? How do you say????
Da Fevah : I know you Europeans are open about things but wow....
Virginie : Huh?
So she looked up the word in her French to English dictionary and the word was actually bonheur. Pronounced Boner which mean happiness....
I had to explain to her what it was....

It is yet another wonderful day in paradise.
If you have noticed, lately all I ever do is goto birthdays and weddings. It's Big Al's Birthday this saturday and next saturday is Lisa's best friend Sophia's wedding. When you hit my age, that is all that one does... Birthdays and weddings. But i am looking forward to it. Still that was why this camping in Malibu was so needed. To get away from regular routine of my weekends. Though I am not much of an outdoors kind of person, I really had fun this past weekend...

Bling made this HUGE Turkey Burger for Hoon. We called it Hoon burger. So Hoon ate 2 regular Turkey burger and a Hoon burger... The boy can really eat.

Who got your back!
Making up after a fight a great thing... But understanding that me, da man, have to be the spiritual leader and must carry my partner on my back towards Jesus is a concept that I have come to understand after much needed prayers. Hopefully we will be able to get on Jesus's back together. Cause you know JC (my Jigga Christ) got my back!

Had me some relaxing good times this weekend.
Got me some sun.
usually I am not a big fan of the beach. I appreciate da beach and think it is beautiful. But I don't usually like frolicking at da beach. It usually drains me. But camping was really really good.
Hoon, David, Andy, Mike, Fevah, Fevette, Princess Ku, Sarah, Jie Eun, Linda, Jane, Becky, and joined next day by Bling Bling and her new man, Soon Chul!
The Trip was mad fun. Putting the tents up and eating and just chillin'. Bling Bling made good food! Thanks Bling!
Well here is something that I realized this weekend... Things are so much more fun when planned out nicely. Lisa planned it to da teeth. It was good for friends and for my relationship with Leece. It was therapeutic!
