Beaux came over in the evening and we went over some bible verses last night. Me and Beaux will be meeting once a week from now to go over the bible and discuss with each other about this, that, and the other. Beaux rox!

I want to talk about my diet.
So I've had the most uproductive month of diet so far.
yeah the whole month of May I lost 4 pounds.... So iu am back on the wagon. Much rededication is needed. I need all of your support.
So I now I've lost 75lbs all together.... Many people ax Da Fevah "how did you do it?"
so some of you know that I've been taking Han Yak!
