Extreme emotions.... All up on this Mug!
I know that all you Laker haters had extreme emotions last night too... Hahaha!

A great Friday Morning to you ALL!

So Duncan makes the shot with .4 seconds left..... So who was the hero last night?

He could have been.... He would have been....

Had it not been for THIS!

hahahahahaha!

You see I totally understand some people disliking da Lakers...
I hated the Bulls too when they were good. And I have no ties with Chicago. So I hated them when they beat the Lakers in the finals in 90. ANd I never rooted for them.

And I heard it all!
Oh... I loved them when they had Van Exel and Eddie Jones...
I don't like shaq....
They are an all star team....
I am originally from up north....
blah blah blah.

But I don't understand those fools that lived here all their lives and hate the Lakers....

But, you need to respect the fact that Da Lakers are an unbelivable organization.

I've been a Laker fan since knee high. It don't change. From the Showtime Lakers through sad days...(Sedale threat, George Lynch, Anthony Peeler, Chucky Brown, Pig Miller, Doug Christie, Vlade Divac...) Yeah and this is why it is so much sweet for me.

I know it's not over yet. But you know it is...

Hahahahahah!

So all you Laker haters out there can all join along the Spurs and sulk in misery. May be you can protest like the Spurs are... Hahaha! All I can say is that Lakers lookin pretty close to another Bling Bling!!!

Bling Bling!

I'll say it again for all you niggas that hate da Lakers...

Bling Bling.....

All I can say is that Fisher shot tonight was unbelievable......

You were a hero tonight!
Original Music...

As many of you might know.... I am a music nut. I love music. Today Al and I were having a coversation over the phone about some outrage.
Apparently Jessica Simpson has a remake of the song "Take My Breath Away" originally by Berlin.

I have no problems with remakes as long as it is done tastfully. But c'mon. Jessica Simpson? I haven't heard her version yet but can it be anything remotely close to Berlin's version? Granted that "Take my Breath Away" was Berlin's sell out song. But still...

Al said that problem will be "the generations of kids will hear that song and say hey that is a Jessica Simpson song".

seriously....

Lame.... Lame kids....

I am all about originality. Like I said there are some remakes that are done well. And I can't say much about that. But really... C'mon. I don't even mind some sampling like rapper do cause they take something and make it their own.

Lisa and I were talking about this guy Jason Mraz the otherday... She actually made me a Live CD of his.... Cause she bought tickets to see him. I am going to a Mraz concert.... I will be pushing 12 year old girls out of the way... I am certain I will be Mrazmerized....

But....

Lisa - Did you hear that live album?
Da Fevah - Oh yeah....
Lisa - Do like that one Mraz song?
Da Fevah - which one?
Lisa - Our House?
Da Fevah - You mean the one that goes "Our House, in the middle of the street" That Mraz Song?
Lisa - Yeah that one...
Da Fevah - hahahaha! yeah... I heard that Mraz Song....
Lisa - why are you laughing?
Da Fevah - Cause that is my favorite Mraz song.(in my sarcatic voice)
Lisa - why are being so sarcastic?
Da Fevah - Cause it's not a Mraz song...
Lisa - Oh.... Its not?
Da Fevah - No babe... Its Madness.
Lisa - why is it madness? He sounds good! (getting slightly irritated)
Da Fevah - hahahhaha! No babe... That is the name of the band... Madness... hahahhaa
Lisa - oh... hahahahaha!

BTW- Mraz is a talented singer. I am not saying that he sucks... And babe, don't say "I am gonna give these tickest to someone else" cause believe it or not I am looking forward to going....
The Requiem for Da Fevette

In contrast to smack talkin' Laker night of Tuesday, Lisa and I went to Orange County Performing Arts Center to see the Pacific Orchestra perform, Mozart's Requiem Mass also called Requiem for the Dead.... and StravinskyÂ?s Symphony of Psalms for Chorus and Orchestra...

Well it should have been called Requiem For Lisa.... Cause the minute that the Requiem came on she went dead asleep... Hahahah! It was hilarious cause as soon as the music was over she instantly woke up. Hahahahhaa! How great is that! The requiem is awesome so I really enjoyed it.... Poor Lisa slept through the whole thing.

So what is next? Marriage of Figaro!
I love this opera! Another of Wolfgang's Masterpieces. Probably my favorite Opera by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

But the greatest news about yesterday was what is in the mail!

Yes the discontinued Michael Rabin collection is in the mail coming my way! I saw it for sale last year for $250.00 on eBay. But I saw it on Amazon and I bided $30 for a good conditioned one thinking, "yeah right!" But I got it. Its on its way! Hahahahahah!

How is that for classic!

temptations continue.....

Kobe was unconscious last night. Hoon, Mike Ha, DHa, Julian, and I were all fiercely rooting for the Lakers. Lisa, Billie, and Kelly joined us later after watching Silmido... What a great movie. But it was good times had by most.... I say most cause Billie is not a fan of Sports... Kelly was all good cause she was watching this man....

Karl is huge.... And Kelly loves him.
Lisa had fun cause she is a good sport.

So last night Hoon brought over L&L's and he bought me a Veggie Burger... It was not that bad... It was small so it was perfect. But everyone else had L&L's infamous curry Katsu and Julian had McDonalds....
after the game the girls got hungry and we all went to Nationals to eat a play pool... I did neither. But all the appetizer were out but once again Da Fevah resisted.... So I had H2O and that was all.

Billie said "Namja Gah Muk Uh Yah Jee!"
Translation : A man needs to eat!

Yeah.... I love to eat. But errrr.... Diet.

And this morning I come into work and I get this email from Joy (co-worker)

"Krispy Kreme donuts in the lunch room. Get it while its hot."

mmmmm..... Donuts....

My biggest weakness is "Krispy Kreme" Donuts. I still remember my first experience with these donuts.... years ago....
Here are some Quotes about Krispy Kreme from my pals in the past.

"It's either food for the gods.... Or the devil himself."
Al Choi

"It's worth waiting in line for 40 min. For these donuts, be sure to wait for the HOT sign to come on..."
Hoon Lee
(people waited for these donuts when they first opened...)

I am convinced that these donuts are evil... I break everytime for these damn things. I never buy them. It is just around. (very similar to sin... I try to avoid it but it just apears) Just this past Sunday, I was at CMC and they served it and I.... Broke....

So today, I walked over to the lunch room to just be in the presence. You know to test myself... I can tell it was warm.
Man... Something about these donuts off the conveyor belt.....
I opened the box and there they were....
screaming "Eat me! Eat me! I am warm!"
I closed the box and as I was walking away, I went back and opened it again...
I grabbed one with a napkin....

But I put it back....

Today I walked away from these donuts.... As if I was walking away from sin.

No longer do these Krispy Kremes have me by the Cajones!

Today.... victory is mine!

My fear.....

"You have nothing to fear but fear it self"
Teddy Roosevelt
Yesterday I forgot to talk about something......
I usuallt don't have to much fear about anything. Other than Fearing Da Lord... Well except I have this fear of height..... Yes it's true. I rememeber the first time I noticed it when I was in Korea.... I was of course a fob...

It was when yuk-sam building was just made in Seoul, Yui-do.

It was the tallest building in Korea. I was so excited. I was going up the elevator that over looked the whole city and as I was going up, I noticed a tingling sensation on my feat. I thought to myself "What a strange feeling?"

When I was all the way up.... Yikes... I was emotionless.... I was just awestruck by my fear... the cold sweat coming down... Oh boy.

I felt that same feeling when I went to Knotts Berry Farm... Oh yeah. That stupid parachute ride. I turned white and vowed that I would never go on it again. This was in Junior high. When I got off the ride, I acted as if it did not bother me.

Last year, while I was in NY, I met up with my cousin. She wanted to go to the top of Empire State building...

She was running around like a little kid while I was scared out of my mind. I looked over the edge and oh boy.... My feet are cringing now thinking about it.
All I could think about at that point was....

It's not that I am scared of the height it self... It's the feeling of insecurities with the facilities and the ride itself. Some of the tall buildings move when the wind is blowing hard.

But I got even rocked on a ferris wheel on Balboa. Lisa was dying laughing while I was sitting there on this unsafe ride feeling uneasy... But I came off like a Champ. Shoot... I wasn't scared at all! hahahaha!

So what is your fear?

Breakin' Da Rules

SO they say rules are meant to be broken. Is it really? I was just thinking to myself on the way to work this morning.

I wonder how many rules I've broken in this world..... Deep down inside I like to break the rules..... Just to see if I can get away with it.

It's not because I am a misunderstood artist and all that jazz.... I am just a Curious George. Cause I ain't no artist. Just a sinner out to cause trouble.

My curiosity has led me to break many rules. Sometimes I felt like a Holden Caufield. Standing against the grain. But most of the times, I am just curious.

Sometimes I amaze myself to see how much I've gotten away in mylife. But when I realize that all the petty stuff that I've gotten away with and the results of all thing are just meaningless, I don't stop. I just start over. I am such the sinner.

Sometimes my heart gets broken when I think about how Christ died on the cross for my idiocy. But still I go on.... Breaking the rules... This sadistic cycle repeats over and over.

I am sure that it is same for all you clowns out there. Y'all are just so curious..... Well you know what they say! Curiosity killed the cat!
