C.S. Lewis

As a dedication to a great author such as Lewis, I decided to start reading his books. So far I have read the Narnia Chronicles (in Jr. High), Mere Christianity, Screw Tape Letters, and I think that is about it. I figure everyone should read CS Lewis. I came to this epiphany when I was listening to some one's testimony this morning on FM99.5. He was going over "The Abolition of Man". For a while, my favorite book of all time was The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. Of course this was in Jr. High. Than I read "Outsiders" by S.E. Hinton and that was my favorite for a while. In High School, I went through "Catcher in the Rye" by J.D. Salinger stage. Now that I think about it, all these Authors have Acronyms for names. If I ever write a book, I would change my name to J.Y. Lee. On the back of the book, I would have a picture of me sitting on a rocking chair with a pipe in my mouth and and a book case as my back ground. I don't really know what my favorite book would be now. The Bible? (hehe) But I can say that my favorite in the bible is Ecclesiastes. Vanity of Vanities (that is me). Also I like 1 and 2 Samuel. Filled with action, drama, death, betrayal, witchcraft, and of course God.

So next book I will be reading is going to be "The Abolition of Man".

Korea lost......

It was pretty upsetting. Korea had so many chances to score but.... They didn't. japan scored a goal on a fluke. I guess we need those players back. Only people who started for the Korean team from the World cup team was, Lee Woon Jae, Ahn Jung Hwan, Kim Tae Young, and Lee Chon Soo. The 2 retired players and the players in Europe were desperately needed. Losing to infadels... That was really upsetting. Gosh they gave up the goal to Japan in last seconds on a fluke. The defender tried to Clear and it deflected off the Japanes guy and the ball went into the net. How disturbing.....

But here is a shot from Seoul Auto Show in Korea. I was looking for pictures in Chosun Newspaper site and bam! The picture came up. Hunnies from the motherland. This picture helped me forget about the painful loss for a little while.

Operation Jung Freedom

It was confirmed yesterday that 16:00 PT of Sunday the 20th, I Jung Lee will be free from the tyrannical rule of my father. Yes I am very sad that my father will be gone for a couple of months...... I will miss him......

After this Sunday, to honor my father's departure I will PARTY LIKE A ROCKSTAR till he comes back! Freedom! This reminds me of Wallace screaming out "FREEDOMMMMMMM!!!!" in Braveheart.
Korea vs. Japan

Korea's new head coach Humberto Coelho
Korean national soccer team is playing Japanese soccer team tonight at 2 am. As many of you might know, I have always been a huge fan of soccer. I can't wait to watch this game. But so many starters are not playing tonight. All the Korean players in Europe are not playing. But The one thing tobe sure is that, their will be plenty of action. There is always a bitter fight between the 2 nations. In Soccer, Koreans have been dominant through out the past. But Japan has improved dramatically. Growing up in the motherland, I was always confident that Korea would beat Japan. And most of the time, that was the case. We always kicked their ass. But lately Japan has been creeping up. But those creepy crawlers became silent as the last world cup was dominated by the Koreans. Korea was awesome. We shined! And tonight I suspect that Korea will shine again. OOOHHHHH pil seung Korea~ Oh~Oh~Oh~Oh~Oh. DAE HAN MIN GUK Clap clap~ clap clap clap!

The Big Move....

So I walked into the office this morning and no one was here. So I left and came back little later. The new office is located in Torrance. I have internet, phone, and email again. The place is a mess but they are working on the place. Other than it being messy, it is a nice office. I can wait until it is fully functional. They wanted me to share the sales office with 2 big women. I refused and now I once again have my own cubicle. I sit next to Al. Pretty cool. I am looking forward to our company moving on with our lives. I hope we have better luck here than the other place we were at.........

Better Luck Tommorow

OK. So I gave in to the hype and watched Better Luck Tomorrow. Hoon, Mel, Mike Ha and I, watched the last show at the Orange Block. I thought "yeah a movie by asian americans". It got great reviews. But I was disapointed. I thought it could have been much better. For those who want to watch this flick, stop reading this. The movie was based on a real story of Sunny Hills incident back in early 90's. About Stwert Tae incident. If you don't know the story, Watch the movie. BuT I didn't like the movie so much. Oh well.

One funny thing that happened was Hoon's explotion. Yesterday in Basketball league, Hoon Blew up at the ref, and got a technical foul and got ejected. We were down by one, but due to the Tech foul we lost. Hoon is like the Ron Artest of ourt team. What is the name of our team you ask? Our team name is Team Hoona Hoona. Hoon is so filled with anger in the court.
